Bruce Jenner Buys And Moves Into $3.5 Million Malibu Mansion

Bruce Jenner, former Olympic decathlon champion, actor in made-for-television movies and reality TV personality, has moved into a ranch-style Malibu house high on a hilltop and big on privacy.
Situated on an arid hilltop, the 3,500-square-foot house has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and is surrounded by about 11 acres of private property. The design is clean, spare and minimalist – almost industrial – features concrete and glass, plus heavy wood beam accents.
The interior features bright neutral walls, hardwood floors, and recessed lighting. The entrance leads almost right away to a step-down living room area where the stone fireplace is the central focal point of the room. The bright, airy bathroom offers a vanity and Jacuzzi tub. There are plenty of sliding glass doors around the home, particularly in the bedrooms, and it has glass walls that allow in plenty of light. Its locale is so high above El Pescador State Beach, though, that privacy is ensured, which is probably what Jenner, who is in the midst of a gender transformation, is looking for.
Compared to other expensive homes in the area, the new pad for the father of six seems understated, and even modest. But even this home has its luxuries, too, like an outdoor pool and hot tub that take in full views of the surrounding mountains and communities. Jenner is the father of six, all told, so if he decides to have any of them over for company, the property has plenty of room for a comfortable, impromptu party. There is a fully furnished covered outdoor parlor space with a fireplace and bar. That entertainment area extends to a spacious and well-furnished patio, also covered, so that Jenner can take in the views, the sunsets or chat it up with guests.
